Dayton James Webber, who was arrested in Albemarle County, faces murder charges in Maryland.

Dayton James Webber, 27, of La Plata, Md., is suspected of shooting and killing Bradrick Michael Wells, also 27, of Charlotte Hall, Md. On Sunday evening in La Plata. He is a quadruple amputee.

One adult suffered non-life threatening injuries in the incident.
