The former Hollymead staffer was denied bond Thursday. He faces allegations from at least four victims.

Albemarle Police have charged a Charlottesville man already incarcerated on different charges unrelated to the Peyton Drive Incident.

Property crimes were down in two areas – with burglaries dropping from 29 to 14 and larcenies from 573 to 529. But stolen motor vehicles jumped from 22 to 49.

Saleena Pinheiro filed her complaint in Albemarle County Circuit Court seeking unspecified compensatory and punitive damages, alleging assault and infliction of emotional distress caused by the trooper, Logan Pingley.

Former Woodbrook Elementary School fifth grade teacher Nicholas Clark will be back in court on Aug. 27 at 3 p.m.
