Charlottesville’s Vice Mayor addressed the vote on the proposed sales tax increase referendum, the 501 Cherry Avenue mixed use development and the latest decision from the Charlottesville Food Co-op as well as the plan moving forward for the clearing of Free Bridge and the establishment of a low barrier shelter.
