The Founder and Executive Director of the Mitchell Hash Foundation, a nonprofit organization dedicated to suicide awareness and prevention discussed the upcoming “Seas the Day” event being held on Sunday September 20th at Walnut Creek Park to support the mental health of veterans and their families.  There will be food, music and fun along with fifty veteran support service organizations represented as well.
