Charlottesville’s Mayor discussed the city appropriating $3 million dollars to the Salvation Army for homeless services, the state of the low barrier shelter and efforts to clear the Free Bridge encampment as well as plans for the $4 million dollars left over from the state and how the city plans to use it.
