The Blue Ridge Area Food Bank is continuing their free meals for local students over the summer, helping at a time when many families are in need of additional support.

For over 40 years, the Blue Ridge Area Food Bank has ensured that families across central and western Virginia, including Charlottesville, never go hungry by partnering with more than 400 local pantries, shelters, and outreach programs.

Each year AP Boxley McDonalds Family restaurants invites Charlottesville students and teachers to apply for Achievement Award. This award honors area students and their achievements and allows them to recognize a teacher who made a difference in their lives.
