 Three men have been arrested and charged in October shootings at Rio Hills Apartments in Albemarle County in which 23-year-old Zerrion Eubanks-Warfield of Charlottesville died, and another person was injured. 

Charlottesville Police are investigating shots fired Saturday night in the west end of the Downtown Mall but found nothing hit.
