DILLWYN, VA (CVILLE RIGHT NOW) – The man found with a gunshot wound to the head May 12th in Buckingham County has died. Scott Randall was found that afternoon with a gunshot wound to the head inside a truck that had crashed into the woods in the 2300 block of Pattie Road. The 45-year-old Dillwyn man was airlifted to the hospital, and Buckingham sheriff’s office says he died May 19th after being removed from life support.

Vincent Rose of Nelson County was arrested for malicious assault and shooting from a vehicle, both felonies, and two firearms charges. As of Tuesday, the charges against him had not been changed.
