STUARTS DRAFT, VA (CVILLE RIGHT NOW) – Dozens of new charges for a Stuarts Draft man arrested back in April on child sex abuse charges. Joseph Emanual Trust this past spring was arrested on suspicision of having inappropriate relastions with a minor. In June, there were charges obtained by warrant of 2 counts of taking indecent liberties with a child; 2 counts of producing, distributing, and financing child pornography; and 2 counts of forcible sodomy and 1 count of object sexual penetration.

The new charges certified last week by a grand jury ard 37 counts of production of child pornography, and 10 counts of reproducing/distributing child pornography. Trust is being held at Middle River Regional Jail without bond.
