CHARLOTTESVILLE, VA (CVILLE RIGHT NOW) – Charlottesville Police are investigating an incident of gunfire that occurred in the Dairy Market area on Wednesday afternoon. Officers responded to a parking lot in the 900 block of Grady Avenue behind the Dairy Market at approximately 4:30 PM.
Upon arrival, officers discovered multiple shell casings in the area, but no injuries were reported. There is currently no information regarding any property damage. Authorities are actively seeking information from the public to assist in the investigation.
