CHARLOTTESVILLE, VA (CVILLERIGHTNOW) – Police are asking for help identifying a suspect in a March 13 robbery in the 700 block of Cherry Avenue.

According to a news release from the Charlottesville Police Department, the incident occurred around 3:40 a.m. when a suspect stole a bag from the victim containing cash and jewelry. Investigators believe several drivers may have witnessed the robbery as they passed by the area.
