MADISON COUNRY, VA (CVILLERIGHTNOW) – The Madison County Sherriff’s Office has announced Arrington Mountain Road is shut down due an active investigation around the area of the 200th block, west of Culpepper and North of Madison itself.

They have advised any travelers to find an alternate route or use caution around that area.  No further updates have been released to the public at this time.
