RICHMOND (WINA) – The Montgomery County, Md. Police Department has named escaped inmate Naseem Isaiah Roulack as a suspect in the recent armed theft of an automobile. Montgomery County police said the theft occurred Friday, September 1 within the locality.
The U.S. Marshals Service has indicated the 21-year old Roulack — also known as Lil Nas — should be considered armed and dangerous, and they’re offering a $5000 cash reward for information that leads to his apprehension. He has been on the run since escaping custody while at St. Mary’s Hospital in Henrico County west of Richmond August 12.
The Virginia Department of Corrections says bringing him back into custody is their top priority.
