Charlottesville Utilities Offering Free Trees to City Residents Through Arbor Day Program

The Charlottesville Department of Utilities is bringing back the Arbor Day Foundation’s Energy-Saving Trees Program this spring for its fourth year, now a biannual event, the city announced in a release.
