City Council approves White v. Charlottesville development code suit settlement

City Attorney John Maddux said at City Council Monday night he was initially skeptical since the city offered the White V City of Charlottesville plaintiffs similar terms in July, but he endorsed City Council approving a settlement of the suit that councilors passed unanimously.
