We continue the discussion about effective strategies to reduce crime and violence in our community by examining the concept presented by Executive Director of the Bridge Ministry Program and Training Facility William Washington in the Daily Progress op ed of separating incarceration and rehabilitation and the need for both.  During the discussion we also hear comments from Charlottesville Police Chief Michael Kochis and Commonwealth’s Attorney Joe Platania.
