A week after sowing good feelings encouraging JMU fans to participate in the UVA commemoration ceremony last Saturday at Scott Stadium, James Madison University Athletics Director Jeff Bourne has written another communication this week… a retirement announcement. 

The Virginia Athletics Foundation has gone to the Southeastern Conference and defending national football champions in naming Kevin Miller the new VAF Executive Director.
