Following a similar move last month by the Orange County School Board, the Rockingham County School Board Monday night voted to leave the Charlottesville-based Virginia School Boards Association.
The beginning of the year might have been the most challenging in Charlottesville High School history, but administrators, staff, teachers, and students were able to stabilize and repair the issues… and for 284 students, a Thursday night graduation.
As interior work has begun on the new Charlottesville Middle School academic building, current students and staff are “leaving their mark” on the new school… signing a steel beam that will become part of the southwest corner of the new gym.
