ODU shooting victim was a 2002 Charlottesville High School graduate

Lieutenant Colonel Brandon A. Shah, a Staunton native and decorated military veteran who directed ODU’s ROTC program, was killed when a gunman opened fire on a classroom Friday. Shah was killed and two other people were wounded.
