    This Kentucky duo is mesmerizing. Beautiful harmonies and soaring instrumentals. These ladies are pickin’ on some incredible Appalachian sounds and the live show is an absolute delight.

    The Bends are a young rock and roll outfit that scream early Kings of Leon to me. Straight down the pipe rock. And it’ll be backed up by some of the most talented youngsters in Cville by way of Hash.

    You’re not going to catch my looking down my nose at a Pink Floyd tribute ever. I love it however I can get it, and an intimate club is a perfect spot for that in my opinion.

    Slutty goth punk from Richmond? Sign me up. Also, I never miss a Book Club show because it’s the coolest, most happenin’ DIY spot in the city. But you know better than to ask me for the address. Go find it!
