CHARLOTTESVILLE, VA (CVILLE RIGHT NOW) – University of Virginia police are working to identify a suspect who stole a John Deere golf cart from Scott Stadium on Sunday.

Security surveillance footage shows the suspect inside Scott Stadium around 5 a.m. Sunday, stealing the cart and using it to ram through a gate as he left, according to a release. The cart was later found abandoned in Charlottesville.

“The suspect is described as a white male in his early to mid-twenties with black or dark brown hair. The suspect was last seen wearing black and white shoes, black pants, a blue rain jacket with a white stripe across the back, a black neck gaiter pulled up over his face, glasses, and a black bicycle helmet.”
