CHARLOTTESVILLE, VA (CVILLE RIGHT NOW) – Charlottesville detectives have arrested three individuals in connection with the October 20th assault in the 100 block of West Main Street on the Downtown Mall. The incident, which allegedly stemmed from a dispute over stolen property at The Haven, resulted in an adult male sustaining non-life-threatening injuries.
The following individuals have been charged:
- Alijah Elese Brown, 27, of Charlottesville, charged with misdemeanor assault.
- Timothy Wayne Jason Lee Mawyer, 41, of Charlottesville, charged with misdemeanor assault.
- Allen Jerome Curry, 34, of Charlottesville, charged with misdemeanor destruction of property.
