CHARLOTTESVILLE, VA (CVILLE RIGHT NOW) –  The 2024 Tonsler League regular season concluded on Sunday night, setting the stage for the playoffs starting Sunday, August 4th. The top six teams advance directly, while the 7th and 8th seeds will be determined through play-in games.

The play-in round kicks off Thursday at 6 p.m., featuring four teams with identical 4-4 records. D3 will face Hitlist for the 7th seed after Hitlist’s recent 70-64 victory. The loser will then compete against the winner of the Mamba Mentality vs. Outkast match, with Mamba previously winning 47-43. The victorious team in this final play-in game secures the 8th playoff spot.

At the top of the standings, Elite Company finished an undefeated season at 8-0, defeating Supreme Skillz 76-65. Splikak claimed second place after a forfeit win over BTA Elite. Takeover, Supreme Skillz, Ballyworld, and Team Lake all ended with 5-3 records, with Takeover dominating Lake 76-40.

Thursday’s games at Tonsler Park start at 6 p.m. and are free to attend.
