Charlottesville, VA (CVILLE RIGHT NOW) – Lee Elberson, CEO of Claiborne Test Prep and Tutoring and WNINA’s education analyst, joined for a candid discussion on the value of a college education.  

Elberson emphasized the importance of viewing college as an investment, noting, “The degree is only as good as the person using it.” He discussed the rising costs of higher education and the impact on families, explaining that many parents now question whether college is the right choice for their children. “In Virginia, the average cost of attending a college is about 100 grand, of which about 30,000 of that is going to be in student loans.”
