While power outages aren’t an issue mostly for most of the area, as of 6:30 Friday morning, Rappahannock Electric Coop was dealing with over 100 without power in Louisa, and 265 in Spotsylvania County… and about 50 Appalachian Power customers were without power along Plank Road north of Alberene.
