CHARLOTTESVILLE, VA (CVILLE RIGHT NOW) – Albemarle Police are investigating multiple buildings and vehicles hit by gunfire Saturday night outside the Brookdale Apartments. Albemarle Police were called shortly before 9:30 Saturday night for a report of multiple shots fired along Country Green Road. First responders arrived to find multiple vehicles and residential buildings damaged. Police say it’s an isolated incident with no threat to the public and the investigation is ongoing.
