CHARLOTTESVILLE, VA (CVILLE RIGHT NOW) – After being missing for more than two weeks, Charlottesville Police report 14-year old Portillo Abreago has been safely located in Fairfax County. Police announced she was found Saturday. A native of Washington, DC, police believed all along she was in that area.
