Kevin D. Taylor, II, affectionately known as Tú, of Charlottesville, VA passed away on Wednesday, April 10, 2024.
Tú was born on January 1, 1995, and graduated from Albemarle County High School, Class of 2013. He received his HVAC certification in 2018. As a youth, he was extremely active in basketball, football, and soccer. He enjoyed spending time with his family and friends, playing video games, reading books, taking photos, listening to and creating music, and singing his heart out to anyone willing to listen. Tú was passionate about looking good and stayed current on fashion trends to ensure he was the best dressed for any occasion. Through his work at Planet Fitness, he had a newfound love for personal training and was working on being the best version of himself through Home to Hope and the Fountain Foundation.
He was preceded in death by his grandmothers; Mae Sue Howard and June L. Bransom and his uncles; Russell O. Taylor and Gary Bransom. Tú is survived by his loving parents; Lucille B. Taylor and Kevin D. Taylor, his Great-Great aunt Dorothy (Curtis) Waller, aunts: Saundra Wells (Wallace) of Scottsville, VA; Susan Taylor of Charlottesville, VA; Brenda Woodson (Tracy) of Wilmington, DE; Natalie Howard of Charlottesville, VA; Kim Washington (Lester) of Zion Crossroads, VA; Miranda Bransom (Gerome Mott) of Ruckersville, VA; Nicole Samuels (Carl) of Greensboro, NC; his devoted friend, Infinity Waller of Charlottesville, VA; and many other relatives and friends.
