CHARLOTTESVILLE, VA (CVILLE RIGHT NOW) – In the past Congressman Bob Good had said the 5th District Republican primary results should not be certified. But Monday afternoon on The Schilling Show, he says there’s no legal means to block certification because you need that to have standing to challenge the results. Good says they’ll try to get a hand recount… a paper ballot match because there are some results that don’t make sense based on his campaign’s numbers on the ground.
“What everyone should want, Rob, is a true and accurate reflection of the voters who legitimately participated as qualified voters in this election,” Good said.

One of the issues they see is there was wifi in polling places, which isn’t supposed to be present so machines cannot be connected and subject to hacking. And he says there’s the alleged issue of a drop box in Lynchburg the city council Republican primary candidates claim was left open through Thursday or Friday after the election.
