Francis (Frank) Joseph Scopelliti, Sr. of Charlottesville, passed away on February 5, 2024. He was surround by his family and life long friends.

Frank was born in Brooklyn, NY to the late Ralph and Giovanna Scopelliti on October 26, 1942. He married Concetta (Connie) Guadagno in 1965 and together they relocated to Virginia in 1970 to raise their family.

Frank is survived by his three children: Clara Hall and spouse Jim, Francis (Frankie) Scopelliti, Jr and spouse Jennifer, Ray Scopelliti and spouse Jessica. Ten adoring grandchildren Vincent, Madeline, Savannah, Rachel, Makenna, Caroline, Ryan, Ethan, Owen and Oliver. Two sisters Joanne Alicia (Mike) and Raphaela Mager (Joe) and a host of nieces and nephews. Frank was preceded in death by his beloved wife of 58 years, Connie Scopelliti and his daughter, Jennifer Scopelliti.

Frank worked at the Michie Company for many years and then continued his career with Lexus Law Publishing until his retirement. Frank became a volunteer lobbyist for AARP, after retiring, and was very proud of his work at the Virginia General Assembly supporting legislation to protect elderly citizens. He had many hobbies and interests, but his favorite times were always with his family.
