Elke Francisco-Reisgen, age 77, of Charlottesville, Virginia passed away on Monday, December 23, 2024 at her home.

Elke was born on June 15, 1947 in Östringen, Germany to the late Nelly Walther.

Elke leaves behind her loving daughter, Bobbie Lou Gisy.
