Eileen Dean Lehmann, 73, of Charlottesville passed into eternity on August 20, 2024 at UChicago Medicine. Eileen was born in Queens, New York on November 4, 1950 to John J. and Eileen Dean. With her five-year battle against cancer over, she peacefully departed while surrounded by family of many generations. Eileen faithfully and diligently led Connect Church (formerly Word of Faith) with her surviving husband Terry C. Lehmann since she planted it in 1991. Her great loves were Jesus Christ her Lord, her husband, Terry, children and family both extended and immediate. She relished a perfect cup of hot tea, a book of depth and theology, British and Regency Period dramas, a well-placed pun, and corporate worship of King Jesus.
Eileen is preceded in death by her parents John and Eileen Dean, in-laws Charles and Margie Lehmann, sister-in-law Sherry (Lehmann) Hill, brother-in-law Joseph Kelly, Peter J. Boucher, and Curtis Gibson.
Eileen is survived by her husband, Terry C. Lehmann; children Olivia (Boucher) & Nick Hubing (Ariana, Callie, Aiden, Kellen), Rachael (Boucher) & Kevin Patel (Zivah, Aria), Justin & Carin Boucher (Breelyn, Ava, Jet), and Chad Lehmann; her siblings Maryellen (Dean) Kelly, John & Laura Dean, Robert & Gena Dean, Thomas Dean, Georgia (Dean) & Jimmy Wilkinson, and Matthew & Rosie Dean; many nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
