CULPEPER, VA (CVILLERIGHTNOW) – A Culpeper woman was arrested on multiple felony charges following investigations into child pornography possession, drug distribution, and prostitution, according to the Culpeper Police Department.
Destinie Love Pollard, 24, was taken into custody on February 25 after investigations by the Blue Ridge Narcotics and Gang Task Force and the NOVA-DC Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force. Authorities said the case began in December 2024 when the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) provided a tip regarding child pornography possession. A separate investigation into drug distribution and prostitution was launched in January 2025.
Search warrants executed in the 100 block of Park Ave led to Pollard being charged with six felony counts of possession of child pornography, two felony counts of possession with intent to distribute Schedule II controlled substances, and one count of prostitution. She was ordered held without bond at the Culpeper County Jail, and police say additional charges may be filed.
Culpeper Police Chief Chris Settle said, “These crimes are reprehensible and threaten our most vulnerable population, our children. The Culpeper Police Department will continue to hold the people who commit these crimes accountable for their actions to the fullest extent of the law.”
The Culpeper Police Department credited assistance from the Culpeper Joint SWAT Team, Blue Ridge Narcotics and Gang Task Force, and NOVA-DC ICAC Task Force.
