CHARLOTTESVILLE, VA (CVILLE RIGHT NOW) – Marco Antonio Berberena Perez is wanted by the Charlottesville Police Department (CPD) on charges of Felony Attempted Malicious Wounding, Domestic Assault, and Brandishing a Firearm following an October 28 incident on Short 18th Street.

According to CPD, officers responded to a call from a victim who reported that Perez allegedly pointed a firearm at their head and threatened to shoot. Perez fled the area on foot before police arrived. He was last seen around 1:30 PM on Short 18th Street wearing khaki pants, a black sweatshirt, and a black beanie cap. Notably, Perez is missing his left arm.

Perez is described as a 34-year-old Hispanic male, 5 feet 5 inches tall, with brown hair and brown eyes, weighing approximately 160 pounds.
