CHARLOTTESVILLE, VA (CVILLE RIGHT NOW) – Charlottesville Police are investigating shots fired Sunday afternoon around 5:40 on 4th Street NW that had West Main and 4th shut down for a period of time. No word on anyone of anything hit, but shell casings were found on the scene.
