CHARLOTTESVILLE, VA (CVILLE RIGHT NOW) – Charlottesville responded late Saturday night to a shooting in the area of Foods of All Nations on Ivy Rd., according to CPD social media.

The report said officers responded around 11:32 p.m., “regarding a male who was shot”.

The investigation is on going on and westbound Ivy remained shut down near the scene well after midnight.

CPD, according to the post, believe there is no known danger to the public at this tine.

Detectives are currently investigating, according to CPD.
