CHARLOTTESVILLE, VA (CVILLE RIGHT NOW) – A heavy police presence into the morning drive just off JPA where Charlottesville Police investigate shots fired. The call came in around 5:30 this morning for the 100 block of Harmon Street, and arriving officers found shell casings. No one was hurt.
