CHARLOTTESVILLE, VA (CVILLE RIGHT NOW) –The City of Charlottesville Fire Department has announced the retirement of Captain Glenn Pinchback. Starting as a firefighter, Pinchback rose to the rank of Fire Captain. He worked with the fire department for 35 years.
“His contributions have positively impacted countless lives, and his legacy will be remembered fondly by all who had the privilege to work alongside him,” according to a statement from the Fire Department. His last full day on shift will be July 29th.
