ORIGINAL POST:

A first-arriving police officer has found no “signs of distress”, but expect heavy police, fire, and rescue at the I-64 eastbound MM 105 rest area with word just before 6:50am of an “active shooter” in camouflage shooting at the building. The report from the scene seems like no one’s hit, and police are trying to actually determine if the report is factual.

The rest area entrance is being blocked off, and officers at the scene are trying to determine if perhaps an altercation led to some gunfire.
