CHARLOTTESVILLE (CVILLE RIGHT NOW) – As per a court decision, the City of Charlottesville announces it will hold it’s second public hearing on the city’s property tax rates April 21, but City Council can and will adopt an overall budget this coming Monday. Charlottesville Community Engagement’s Sean Tubbs points out the city has met the public hearing requirements for the budget, but has to postpone the tax rate public hearing another week.
