The family would like to extend special thanks to his primary physician, Dr. Jonathan Evans, Luv Berkeley, Director of Nursing, Stacy Harris, and the entire care team at Monroe Health and Rehabilitation Center for the loving care that Arthur, affectionately known by them as “Downtown Arthur Brown”, received during his extended residency at the care facility.
