CHARLOTTESVILLE, VA (CVILLE RIGHT NOW) – A 27-year old Albemarle man faces two charges after a report of inappropriate touching of a 10-year old Saturday afternoon at McIntire Park. Charlottesville Police responded shortly after 4:30 Saturday afternoon to the park after being advised an adult male approached the child and had inappropriate contact near the baseball field. Officers gathered witness statements, and investigated further before taking 27-year old Jason Park Miller into custody without incident on charges of felony indecent liberties with a child, and misdemeanor assault and battery.
