ALBEMARLE COUNTY, VA (CVILLE RIGHT NOW) – People who wish to fill the seat on the Albemarle County School Board left open when member Chuck Pace died last month have until January 7, 2024, to apply.

The seat will be filled by appointment as opposed to special election and will be for the one-year term that Mr. Pace was recently elected to serve. Residents of the Rio District who wish to serve are urged to apply as soon as possible.
