CHARLOTTESVILLE, VA (CVILLE RIGHT NOW) – Albemarle Police are investigating the late Saturday night shots fired in the Esmont area. Officers were dispatched shortly before midnight Saturday night to Simpson Lane for a report of shots fired. They arrived and found a single residential home with property damage. This is believed to be a targeted incident and the investigation is ongoing.
