CHARLOTTESVILLE, VA (CVILLE RIGHT NOW) – An 80-year-old Scottsville man is under arrest facing charges of child sex crimes, according to an Albemarle County Police Department release, and detectives believe there could be more victims who have yet to come forward.

Montie C. Duncan was arrested Tuesday following a month-long investigation that started when a victim reported allegations of abuse and exploitation from 2005-2009, according to the ACPD. Tuesday, police executed a search warrant, then arrested Duncan and charged him with one count of taking indecent liberties with a child, a felony. He is being held at the Albemarle-Charlottesville Regional Jail without bond.
