GREEN BAY, VA (CVILLE RIGHT NOW) – He’s not old enough to have a driver’s license, but a 14-year old Prince Edward teen is tearing up motor speedways in our region. The Farmville Herald is featuring Green Bay, VA native Brian Rundstrom, Jr. who won 2 of the 10 NASCAR Regional races he entered this past season. A feature article highlights his first win November 2 at Southern National Speedway outside Wilson, NC. Then November 30, he won his 2nd race after starting from the pole position… then winning despite being spun-out at one point by another driver. Rundstrom has it in his blood as he’s running late model races… but his dad ran dirt, street, stock, and late model races and has been a crew chief on late model teams.
