Charlottesville, Virginia – The Charlottesville Area Association of REALTORS® (CAAR) recognized Michael Guthrie, CAAR Past President and REALTOR®, for achieving National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) Emeritus membership status during the Thursday, September 7, 2023 Annual Development & Economic Summit at the Hillsdale Conference Center.

REALTOR® Emeritus membership status is awarded to a NAR member who has held membership for a cumulative period of 40 years or more and has provided one year of volunteer service at NAR.

Guthrie, who is the Broker/President Emeritus of Howard Hanna Roy Wheeler Realty Company, was awarded with a REALTOR® Emeritus certificate, an official letter of achievement, and a gold lapel pin by CAAR 2023 President S. Lisa Herndon.
