RICHMOND (WINA) – UPDATE: Kadence is safe as of 4:53pm. The Aware Foundation states:  NYPD DCPI spokesperson says Kadence France was returned by a family member to the NYPD 120 precinct detective squad. The spokesperson said she was in good health and EMS came and evaluated her. This is still an ongoing investigation.

ORIGINAL: Virginia State Police has taken an unusual step of issuing a “missing endangered child” alert on behalf of New York City Police. 3-year old Kadence France was last seen Saturday in New York City, and police there have reason to believe she was abducted and might be in Virginia.

Kadence is a black female, about 3-feet and 35 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a pink jacket, winter cap with pom-poms, black leggings, and black Ugg boots.

She was last seen with 26-year old Randalae Rhodes, a black female about 5’6″ and 240 pounds with unknown hair color and brown eyes.

Anyone who sees them or knows where they are should call 9-1-1.
