CHARLOTTESVILLE (WINA) – Charlottesville Police have arrested three individuals in association with shots fired from a vehicle around 12:30 Friday morning in the 800 block of Prospect Avenue. Officers arriving at the scene were given a suspect vehicle description of a tan SUV, as well as a direction of travel. They found the vehicle parked one block away with three Albemarle County residents inside.

They spoke with the suspects in and around the vehicle, and recovered four firearms and suspected narcotics inside.

27-year old Taylor Synclare Garth is charged with shooting from a vehicle, possession of Schedule 1 or 2 narcotics, and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.

29-year old Tahim Rashad Mayo and 31-year old Brian Jamell Rice are charged with one count each of possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
