ALBEMARLE COUNTY, VA – On Sunday, July 30, 2023, the Albemarle County Police Department arrested Brandon Lee-Mykal Stout in the 1700 block of Rio Hill Center. His residence prior to his arrest is unknown.
As a result of an investigation, 27-year-old Mr. Stout, was charged with the following:
• Albemarle County, Virginia- 2 charges of:
• 18.2-95: Grand Larceny (motor vehicle thief)
• 18.2-308: Carry concealed weapon
• 18.2-456(A)(6): Failure to appear
• Louisa County, Virginia- Assault and battery, attempted malicious wounding on a Law Enforcement Officer, 2 charges of destruction of property, eluding, hit and run, grand larceny (motor vehicle theft), obstruction of justice, drive suspended license, brandishing a firearm, no front license plate
• Fluvanna County, Virginia- Grand larceny (motor vehicle theft), 8 charges of failing to appear
Stout is currently being held at the Albemarle-Charlottesville Regional Jail with no bond.
